We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or order cancellation once an order has been placed. Please ensure that all product specifications, dimensions, power requirements, and compatibility needs are reviewed prior to purchase. Our team is available to answer questions prior to ordering.

Defective or Damaged Items
While we do not accept returns, customer satisfaction and product reliability remain our top priority. If products arrive defective, damaged, or not functioning as expected please contact our support team immediately at customerservice@hyperdynesystems.com so we can assist.

To ensure a smooth and timely resolution to the issue please include the following:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos and videos showing the damage or defect
  • Any delivery documents

Freight Damage Policy
If the product is damaged during shipping the customer must note the damage on the Bill of Lading before the driver leaves. Failure to do so may prevent us from filing a successful freight claim. Please inspect the shipment upon delivery and refuse severely damaged freight when appropriate.
